An Irish history lecture by Sissel Rosland.

Bergen Irish Society are inviting you to an Irish history lecture with Sissel Rosland (Lecturer at Høyskolen, Bergen).
The Republic of Ireland had it’s beginning in the Easter of 1916 after many hundreds of years under British rule. Sissel Rosland holds a PHD in Irish history and has researched this in depth. She will give an account and share some thoughts about Irish history throughout the last 100 years.
Special guests will be the Irish Ambassador Karl Gardner and Jerry O’ Donovan (Second Secretary).

This lecture is open to all who have an interest in Irish history.

50 kr per person on admission. Tea/Coffee included.

The lecture will be in English.
